Greek Salad

Again a recipe perfect for the upcoming warm and sunny days! I don’t know if anyone else has this as well, but when it is hot outside I don’t really have much of an appetite. So a salad is a great solution as it is not too heavy, it is cold and refreshing, easy to make and healthy!


Greek salads are literally the easiest salads ever. I make mine with cucumber, tomato, feta and olives- that’s it! In terms of seasoning and extra flavor, add an onion, some black pepper and some oregano, then as a dressing use Di Charme Extra Virgin Olive oil- et voila! Salad ready to serve!


Because the salad does not really require a complicated dressing,  make sure to use a high quality olive oil. This will add extra flavor to your salad and give it that extra kick!




  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 handfull black olives
  • 1 handfull feta cubes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (Di Charme



  • Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Slice the cucumber and tomatoes and mix with the onion.
  • Add feta and olives to the salad, and season with oregano and black pepper.
  • For the dressing, drizzle some olive oil over the salad and mix. Serve and enjoy!
